CZ999 Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and CZ999 ("Platform", "We", "Us") in connection with your use of the CZ999 website located at cz999.fun and any associated mobile applications. By accessing or using any part of the platform, registering an account, depositing funds, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

CZ999 is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slots, bingo, esports betting and related entertainment services to players. All services are provided on an entertainment basis only. CZ999 does not guarantee profits or specific outcomes of any game or bet.

These Terms are written in English as it is the primary language of the platform and is widely understood across Pakistan. Where any ambiguity arises in interpretation, the English language version of these Terms shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the CZ999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. CZ999 strictly prohibits underage gambling and takes this obligation seriously.
• You must be accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate applicable local laws.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts or automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a current or former employee of CZ999 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from CZ999 or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

CZ999 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity or address at any time. This may include a government-issued identity card (CNIC), passport, or other documentation acceptable to the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Rules

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player may only hold one active account on CZ999. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. If duplicate accounts are detected, CZ999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed, and retain any balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Your account name must match the name on your official identity documents. If any information changes — such as your contact number, email address, or payment account — you are responsible for updating your profile promptly. CZ999 is not liable for issues arising from outdated account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. CZ999 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password. Do not share your login details with any other person. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility. 3.4 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting CZ999 support. Accounts closed at a player's request with a positive balance will have outstanding funds processed according to standard withdrawal procedures, provided identity verification has been completed. CZ999 may close accounts at its discretion where a breach of these Terms has occurred, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where the platform has reasonable grounds to do so.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

CZ999 accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit card and credit card. All deposits are made in Pakistani Rupees with no currency conversion. There are no deposit processing fees charged by CZ999 on the platform side, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa minimum deposits start from PKR 200. Bank transfers and card deposits have a minimum of PKR 500. CZ999 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds and will communicate any changes through the platform.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players. You may only withdraw funds that represent your own deposited money plus any legitimately won amounts. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification being completed on your account.

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process within a few hours of approval. Raast and bank transfer withdrawals generally settle on the same day or the following business day. CZ999 does not charge withdrawal fees on its side. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved during business hours; requests submitted outside of operating hours will be processed on the next available working day.

4.4 Pending Withdrawals

While a withdrawal request is pending, CZ999 reserves the right to delay processing if identity verification is incomplete, if there is a pending bonus wagering requirement attached to the account, or if the platform has grounds to investigate the account for suspicious activity. Players will be informed of any delay and the reason for it where permitted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

CZ999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, PSL cricket promotions, live casino cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to that promotion, which are published on the Promotions page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms apply to that offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at CZ999 carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount that must be staked using bonus funds before a withdrawal can be processed. Wagering requirements, where applicable, are stated clearly in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

CZ999 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including low-risk staking designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, or coordinated play between accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, CZ999 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and may close the account.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, which is stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and uncompleted wagering requirements that reach the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. It is the player's responsibility to check and track bonus expiry dates.

6. Betting Rules

CZ999 offers sports betting on cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, ODIs and Tests), football, esports and other events. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after acceptance.
• CZ999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of match manipulation, result fixing, or where the odds were published in error.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the scheduled timeframe, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules for that specific market, as published on the platform.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability of live data. CZ999 is not responsible for delays in live data feeds that may affect in-play betting outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These are displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• CZ999 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets.

7. Casino Rules

CZ999 offers live casino, slots, and bingo. All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) for slots and bingo, and live casino tables are operated by real dealers with genuine playing cards and equipment.

• All casino game results are final once the round is complete. Technical errors during a round — such as a disconnection — are handled according to the game provider's stated rules, which are accessible within each game.
• CZ999 is not responsible for losses resulting from the player's own internet connection issues during a live casino session, provided the platform's own systems were functioning normally at the time.
• Collusion between players in live casino games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• CZ999 reserves the right to void casino winnings that are the result of a technical malfunction, software error, or a game played under exploitable conditions not intended by the design of the game.

8. Responsible Gaming

CZ999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform offers a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount that can be deposited into your CZ999 account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount over a defined period after which further play is restricted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming can request self-exclusion for a defined period or permanently.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CZ999 and will result in account suspension, closure, and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account on the platform
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures
• Engaging in any activity that CZ999 reasonably believes is connected to money laundering or the proceeds of criminal activity
• Allowing a third party to use your account, or using another person's account
• Placing bets on events with prior knowledge of a fixed or manipulated outcome
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform's systems or software

10. Privacy and Data

CZ999 collects, stores and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and platform security. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering with CZ999, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

CZ999 does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud prevention services where necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable obligations.

11. Limitation of Liability

CZ999 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free of errors at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted, CZ999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or loss of opportunity. CZ999's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

CZ999 is not liable for losses arising from delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events.

12. Changes to These Terms

CZ999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players through the platform or by email, and the updated Terms will be published with a revised date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after the revised Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support before the updated Terms take effect.
